Pivot table not updating refresh
On the Analyze tab, in the Data group, click Change Data Source.
When a Pivot Table report is connected to another Pivot Table in the same workbook or in another workbook, or to another external data source, such as a Microsoft Access or SQL Server database, or an Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) cube, you can perform a refresh operation to retrieve any data updates.
If you change any of the text or numbers in your data set, you need to refresh the pivot table. If you change the size of your data set by adding or deleting rows/columns, you need to update the source data for the pivot table.
